Italian Rivers
Aside from amazing pizza and pasta, Italy is known for it's steep creeks with numerous large drops and picture-perfect turqoise water. Due to injury, and a lack of confidence, I missed out on what this coutry had to offer....I shall return!

By far the hardest river of this kind our group tackled. We only moved half a kilometre downstream in four hours!! Needless to say, it was an epic run. |

| Middle Sesia |
This was the first river I got onto after my stitches came out from my accident on the Guisane. As such I found the level at the start too difficult, and my confidence took a second blow. I'm certainly up for returning to this one though. |

| Lower Sesia |
After my dismal show on the middle section, the lower section allowed me to regain some of my lost confidence. As it was the only italian river I completed, it remains my favourite. |
